Gua sha is a smooth, hand-carved facial massage tool traditionally used in Chinese skincare rituals. Made to glide effortlessly over the skin, it helps improve circulation, reduce puffiness, relieve muscle tension, and promote a naturally radiant glow.

How to Use a Gua Sha

Prep Your Skin – Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to create slip.

Hold the Tool Correctly – Use the flat side, keeping it at a 15° angle (almost flat) against your skin.

Start at the Neck – Gently sweep upward and outward toward the jawline.

Cheeks & Jaw – Glide from the center of the chin along the jawline to the ear.

Under Eyes & Brow – Use light pressure, moving from the inner corner outward.

Forehead – Sweep from the brows upward toward the hairline.

Repeat – Do 3–5 strokes per area, always lifting outward and upward.

Tip: Use consistently (a few minutes, 3–4 times per week) for best results. Store in the fridge for a cooling, depuffing effect.
