Processing Time


Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary during busy periods.


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.



Flat Rate Shipping


We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within Canada.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $20 CAD express to $15 standard 

Free shipping over $75 dollars

Shipping cost is applied at checkout, regardless of order size or weight


Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship within Canada only.



Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages


Soleil & Luna Soap is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.


If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.



Incorrect Addresses


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Soleil & Luna Soap is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.


Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.



Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging


We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
