Soleil & Luna Soap
At Soleil & Luna Soap, each item is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Soaps
• Bath & body products
• Lip balms
• Shower steamers
• Gift sets
All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your order arriving safely is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
Once reviewed, we will happily offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• An item arrives damaged beyond use
• An incorrect item was sent and cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Soleil & Luna Soap is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier
Allergies & Sensitivities
Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Soleil & Luna Soap cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to personal sensitivities or allergic reactions. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
